Dual board-certified prescriber (PMHNP-C, FNP-BC) plus CARN-AP credentialed in addiction medicine. The credentials your harder cases need.
Trauma-informed by default, judgment-free by clinical requirement, not philosophy.
Substance use in the picture, present or historical, is handled directly. No referral merry-go-round.
Integrated psychotherapy is offered as an add-on inside medication visits. Your client stays your client; we do not pull them into a second therapeutic relationship.
Telehealth available across Indiana for established-patient follow-ups.

Direct booking

Your client books their own intake through IntakeQ. Most patients are seen within the same week.

Treatment summary returned

With your client's written consent, a brief clinical summary is sent to you after intake so you can keep doing your part with full information.

Ongoing coordination

When something needs a direct conversation between providers, it happens by phone. No portal-only communication.
