What happens after you refer.

Same-week intake

For most patients. Urgent cases prioritized. Confirm capacity at the time of referral by phone.

Direct provider contact

When clinically helpful and consented, the provider speaks directly with you. No call-tree, no portal-only communication.

Treatment summary returned

After intake, a brief clinical summary is sent to you with patient consent. So you can keep doing your part with full information.

Long-term continuity

Patients are not bounced back. Psychiatric medication management continues as long as it is the right level of care.
